RESOLUTION NO. 9188
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
TO INFORMATION & REFERRAL'S CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue specialized services for resolving tenant/landlord
disputes within the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell and Information & Referral Services, Inc. are entered
into an agreeable contract for the provision of tenant/landlord counseling and mediation
services; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to extend the services of Information & Referral due to an
increased volume of calls, office visits, and number of mediations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby authorize a $4,885 budget adjustment to Information & Referral's contract.

SERVICE AGENCY. COUNCIL FORMALLY APPROVED A BUDGET OF $28,355. BECAUSE OF THE INCREASED
VOLUME OF SERVICE CALLS AND MEDIATIONS, THE COUNCIL AT THEIR NOV. 19, 1996 MEETING APPROVED
AN ADDITIONAL $4,885 TO COVER THE INCREASED NEED FOR TENANT/LANDLORD COUNSELING SERVICES
