RESOLUTION No. 9177
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AND
SUNNYVALE BUILDING MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1996/97 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for janitorial services to be provided at City Hall, the
Service Center, and Museum offices; and
WHEREAS, the contract was let to bid, and five bids were received; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the approved 1996/97 fiscal year operating
budget (account # 101.530.7432);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
execution of an agreement between the City of Campbell and Sunnyvale Building
Maintenance in the amount of $26,400 per year, for four years, for janitorial services to be
provided at the above-named buildings in accordance with the plans and specifications.
