RESOLUTION NO. 9175
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1996/97 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1996/1997 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is an unanticipated need for funds for 1996/1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the transfer of
$10,000 from the General Fund Reserve for Operations (101.3640) to Program 647.7884-
Management Information Systems - Machinery & Equipment - New Equipment/Software, for the
acquisition, implementation and training related to the RecWare Windows 95 upgrade.
