RESOLUTION NO. 9166
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES
AT THE CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved $86,400 in the Building Maintenance
Division operating budget for the provision of janitorial services at the Campbell Community Center;
and
WHEREAS, adequate funds are budgeted and available in account 101.530.7432 of the
Building Maintenance Division;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize an
agreement with Service by Medallion for janitorial services at the Campbell Community Center for
three years effective November 25, 1996 in the amount of$47,330 for the remainder of Fiscal Year
1996/1997; $81,625 for Fiscal Year 1997/1998; $84,074 for Fiscal Year 1998/1999; and $86,596 for
Fiscal Year 1999/2000 per the terms and conditions of the agreement and janitorial specifications.
