RESOLUTION NO. 9165
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
EXECUTING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CAMPBELL/MORELAND
PONY-COLT YOUTH BASEBALL LEAGUE FOR USE OF FACILITIES
AT JOHN D. MORGAN PARK AND THE CAMPELL COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the Campbell/Moreland Pony-Colt League has entered into a lease agreement with
the City of Campbell for the use of the baseball field and buildings at John D. Morgan Park; and
WHEREAS, the current lease agreement with the Pony-Colt League expires December 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the execution of an Agreement with the Campbell/Moreland Pony-Colt Youth
Baseball League for use of facilities at John D. Morgan Park and the Campbell Community
Center.
