A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY GRADE TECH, INC.
FOR PROJECT 93-02: COMMUNITY CENTER STORM DRAIN, AND PROJECT
95-18: WINCHESTER PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8964 on April 16, 1996,
awarding a contract to Grade Tech, Inc., for the construction of improvements known
as Project 93-02 - Community Center Storm Drain and Project 95-18 - Winchester
Parking Lot Reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, Grade Tech, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 93-02 -
Community Center Storm Drain, and Project 95-18 - Winchester Parking Lot
Reconstruction and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
