RESOLUTION NO. 9160
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF TIM HEFFNER FROM THE BICYCLE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE AND AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF STEVE AUFDERMAUER
AND BRUCE BRINKER TO FILL THE VACANCIES ON THE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has established a Bicycle Advisory Committee with five
members appointed by the City Council that provides valuable guidance to the City regarding
bicycle policies and programs; and
WHEREAS, one member has recently resigned and another member does not meet the
criteria for serving on the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City solicited applications for serving on the Committee and four
applications were received; and
WHEREAS, a quorum of the Bicycle Advisory Committee interviewed applicants and
approved a recommendation for filling vacancies on the Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that Mr. Tim Heffner is hereby removed from the Bicycle Advisory Committee and that Mr.
Steven Aufdermauer and Mr. Bruce Brinker are hereby appointed to serve on the Committee.
