RESOLUTION 9147
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
BUDGET FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #97-11
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1996/97 Capital
Improvement Plan; and
WHEREAS, there is an unanticipated need for additional funds to complete the
installation of a new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system on Building "A" at
the Community Center during this fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Capital Improvement Reserve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
transfer of $130,000 from the Capital Improvement Reserve (account 101.3641) to Capital
Improvement Project #97-11: HV AC to Building "A" (account 435.97-11.7883).
