RESOLUTION 9146
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
L.M.S. HEATING AND COOLING, INC. TO PROVIDE A
HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
IN BUILDING "A" AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the plans and specifications for Capital
Project #97-11 to provide a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system on Building
"A" at the Community Center; and
WHEREAS, a Call for Bids has been issued and four bids have been received; and
WHEREAS, the low bid for the specified services was $385,000; and
WHEREAS, funds were budgeted and a Budget Adjustment has been approved to
provide adequate available funds to complete this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize an agreement with L.M.S. Heating and Cooling, Inc. for the provision and
installation of the specified heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system for Building
"A" according to the terms of the agreement and project plans and specifications.
