RESOLUTION NO. 9145
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MA VOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH BERNARD M. STROJNY
FOR HIS EMPLOYMENT AS CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed Bernard M. Strojny as City Manager,
effective November 11, 1996, and
WHEREAS, Section 2.16.020 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides that
compensation for all appointed officers and employees of the City shall be fixed
by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have an employment agreement
establishing the salary, benefits and working conditions of the City Manager for
the duties and responsibilities of that position as set forth by the Campbell
Municipal Code, Section 2.12,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Mayor is authorized to execute the employment agreement
with Bernard M. Strojny for City Manager, a copy of which is attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this 7th day of October, 1996, by the following roll call vote:
