RESOLUTION NO. 9143
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
COLLISHAW CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR PROJECT 93-76
TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS - HAMILTON/MILLICH MEDIAN
AND HAMILTON/MARATHON MEDIAN AND PROJECT 85-02
CAMDEN/WINCHESTER MODIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8946 on March 5, 1996, awarding a
contract to Collishaw Construction, Inc., for construction of improvements known as Project 93-
76 Traffic Safety Improvements - Hamilton/Millich Median and Hamilton/Marathon Median and
Project 85-02 Camden/Winchester Modifications; and
WHEREAS, Collishaw Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 93-76 Hamilton/Millich Median and
Hamilton/Marathon Median and Project 85-02 Camden/Winchester Modifications and directs
staff to file the Notice of Completion.
