RESOLUTION NO. 9137
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1996-97 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1996-97
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, additional revenue is available to the City from the
State for Supplemental Law Enforcement Services; and
WHEREAS, the City has complied with the legal provisions
required to receive this revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
authorize the creation of a Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund and the
deposit into that fund of $89,046 from the State of California.
