RESOLUTION NO. 9134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING
THE AWARD OF THE NETWORK RECABLING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed proposals for the
Network Recabling Project and,
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement with Valley
Communications Inc. for the procurement, installation and testing of the cabling,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for the recabling from Valley
Communications Inc. be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1996, by the following roll call
vote:
