RESOLUTION NO. 9131
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell, on April 2, 1996, authorized staff
to solicit proposals for contract street sweeping services; and
WHEREAS, bids have been called for and received for SC 97-01, Annual Street
Sweeping; and
WHEREAS, Piazza Mobil Sweeping has been found to be the lowest responsible bidder
for the total annual bid of $61,776.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the contract for street sweeping services, SC 97-01, Annual Street Sweeping, be awarded
to Piazza Mobil Sweeping for the term beginning September 16, 1996, and ending June 30,
1997, at a prorated cost based on the annual bid.
