RESOLUTION NO. 9130
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR A HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR
CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR BUILDING" A" AT THE CAMPBELL
COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, funding has been authorized and there is a need for a heating,
ventilating, and air conditioning system in Building "A" at the Community Center, One
West Campbell Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the plans and specifications and authorize a call for bids for the provision and
installation of a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system on Building "A" at the
Community Center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1996 by the following
