RESOLUTION NO. 9120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE GRANT OF EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE
PURPOSES ASSOCIATED WITH TRACT 8846 - 1222-1228 HARRIET AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California, as follows:
The City hereby accepts the grant of easements for drainage purposes associated with
Tract 8846 for the purposes for which the same are offered, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to record the grant deed of easements for drainage purposes over Lot 4 of Tract No.
6125 and over Parcel ONE of Parcel Map 646-M-31 as shown on Tract 8846.
