RESOLUTION NO. 9116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
RATIFYING AN AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, on June 4, 1996, the City Council authorized the Public Works Director to
execute an agreement with Nationwide Norcal Facility in Napa, California, for the purpose of
providing auction services for the sale of City surplus property; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has requested changes to the Agreement subsequent to
execution by the City of Campbell Public Works Director;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby ratifies the agreement as executed by the Public Works Director.
