RESOLUTION 9111
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECREATION AND
COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH BUTLER AMUSEMENTS, INC. FOR
A CARNIVAL AT THE CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California that the following
agreement which has been approved by the Director of Recreation and Community Services, the
Finance Director, and the City Attorney and this day presented to this City Council, be, and is
hereby approved for:
Butler Amusements, Inc.- carnival services at the Campbell Community Center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Recreation and Community Services
is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Butler Amusements, Inc. to provide these
carnival services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this 6th day of August, 1996 by the following vote:
