A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING TIlE
AWARD OF THE OPTICAL IMAGING SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed proposals for the
Optical Imaging System and,
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into an agreement with Data-Image
Systems Corp. for the procurement, installation and testing of the Optical Imaging System,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for the Optical Imaging
System with Data-Image Systems Corp. be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1996, by the following roll call vote:
