RESOLUTION NO.
9006
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION
OF THE AGREEMENT WITH ASSOCIATED BUILDING SERVICES
FOR THE PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES TO CITY BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1996/97 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is an agreement between the City of Campbell and Associated Building
Services for the provision of janitorial services at City buildings; and
WHEREAS, the contractor is willing to extend the agreement, at the same terms and
conditions, for a period up to six months; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the approved 1996/97 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the attached
addendum to the agreement between the City of Campbell and Associated Building Services for
the provision of janitorial services at City buildings for a period of six months at the same terms
and conditions.
