RESOLUTION NO. 8989
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CONTINGENCY RESERVE FUNDS
FOR RECRUITMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has previously adopted a 1995/96 fiscal year Budget;
and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to provide for executive recruitment services;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the City's Reserve for Contingencies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby authorize
the transfer of $17,500 from Reserve for Contingencies (account 101.3640) to Personnel
Professional Services (account 101.515.7430).
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 4th day of June, 1996, by the following roll call
