RESOLUTION NO. 8988
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON PROJECT # 94-21,
CITY HALL ACCESSIBILITY MODIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of Recreation and
Community Services that all site improvements as specified in the plans and specifications for
Project #94-21 have been completed in accordance with the contract documents; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Recreation and Community Services recommends acceptance
of the site improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that all site improvements be, and the same are hereby, accepted, and that the Director of
Recreation and Community Services is hereby authorized to record a Notice of Completion of
said building improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1996, by the following roll call vote:
