RESOLUTION NO. 8985
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF
VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT AND
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE NATIONWIDE COMPANIES FOR AUCTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented with
a request from staff to dispose of surplus vehicles and equipment;
WHEREAS, an agreement with The Nationwide Companies will provide for auction
services for the disposal of surplus vehicles and equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that staff request for disposal of surplus vehicles be approved and the Public
Works Director be authorized to sign an auction service agreement with The Nationwide
Companies for the diposal of surplus vehicles and equipment.
