RESOLUTION NO. 8982
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
INFORMATION & REFERRAL SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City desires specialized services for resolving tenant/landlord
disputes within the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell and Information & Referral Services, Inc. have
previously entered into an agreement for the provision of tenant/landlord counseling and
mediation services;
WHEREAS, both parties desire to extend the agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the renewal of an annual agreement with Information & Referral
Services, Inc. for $28,355 to provide tenant/landlord counseling and mediation services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize the City
Finance Department to incorporate the I & R budget amount into the City's final adopted
Fiscal Year 1996-97.
