RESOLUTION NO.~78
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH
COMMUNITY AGENCIES DISASTER RELIEF EFFORT (CADRE)
FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES RESPONSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell is responsible for directing and/or
coordinating emergency operations; and
WHEREAS, Community Agencies Disaster Relief Effort (CADRE) is coordinating
response to emergency needs in Santa Clara County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that said City hereby enters into an agreement with CADRE to provide a coordinated disaster
relief effort from community agencies for emergency services response, and that the Mayor of
said City is hereby authorized to make and enter into a written agreement with CADRE, and the
City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest her signature and affix thereto the appropriate
seal of said City.
