RESOLUTION NO. 8977
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS LEGAL PUBLICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has converted its law library to CD-ROM; and
WHEREAS, the City has converted the legal publications listed on Exhibit A to this
Resolution to CD-ROM; and
WHEREAS, the City's hard-bound versions of the legal publications listed in
Exhibit A are now surplus;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is authorized to
dispose of the hard-bound versions of the publications listed in Exhibit A, by sale to the
highest offer, either as a set or by individual title.
