A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ANNUAL RENEWAL OF PROPERTY
INSURANCE COVERAGE
WHEREAS, the City's insurance broker, Hamilton/Meridian Insurance Association, has
solicited and received quotations for Property Insurance coverage effective April 15, 1996 to
April 15, 1997, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has solicited a separate quotation from ABAG Plan for
similar coverage, and has compared the various premium quotations, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to renew its agreement with Hamilton/Meridian
Insurance Association to secure insurance coverage with Kemper Insurance, and;
WHEREAS, the City understands that a pro-rata cancellation clause exists should the City
opt to change coverage at some point during the coverage period;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual renewal of property insurance
be approved for the coverage period April 15, 1996 to April 15, 1997.
