RESOLUTION NO. 8973
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CDBG FUNDS
TO THE CITY HALL MODIFICATIONS PROJECT (CIP #94-21)
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the use of CIPR and CDBG
funds for the City Hall Accessibility Modifications Project; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Hall Accessibility Modifications Project meets funding
eligibility under CDBG regulations; and
WHEREAS, there is a residual of $7,437 in CDBG funds from two completed CDBG
projects.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize
the transfer of $7,437 in CDBG funds to the City Hall Accessibility Modifications Project
94-21 for materials of said modifications.
