RESOLUTION NO. 8971
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE
HAMILTON AVENUE RESURFACING PROJECT (96-71)
WHEREAS, the City Council's adopted 1995-96 budget included funds for the Annual
Street Resurfacing Project; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the project have been prepared; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Hamilton A venue Resurfacing Project and
authorizes the Public Works Director to issue such plans and specifications for public bid.
