RESOLUTION NO. 8970
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO
A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF A
PARK IMPROVEMENT IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
WHEREAS, a number of significant projects are planned for the City's parks; and
WHEREAS, funds were appropriated in the Fiscal Year 1994-95 budget for a Park
Improvement Implementation Plan; and
WHEREAS, Moore Iacofano Goltsman specializes in the design, management and
programming of park and recreation environments and has extensive experience in selecting,
designing and installing play equipment and playground safety surfaces.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to enter into a Consultant Services Agreement with
Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. for preparation of a Park Improvement Implementation Plan.
