RESOLUTION NO. 8959
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A BUS SHELTER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Transit District will no longer maintain bus shelters
in the City of Campbell unless the City participates in the transit shelter advertising program;
and,
WHEREAS, City maintenance of the bus shelters would eliminate the need for the City
of Campbell to participate in the advertising program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the attached Bus Shelter Maintenance Agreement.
