RESOLUTION NO. 8950
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO RENEW A WORKSITE
AGREEMENT WITH SANTA CLARA COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Social Services Agency sponsors a work
experience program that is available to all public and non-profit agencies; and
WHEREAS, the City first initiated a Worksite Agreement to participate in this
work experience program in July of 1994; and
WHEREAS, that original Worksite Agreement will expire March 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
authorize the City Manager to sign a renewal Worksite Agreement for the period April
1, 1996 through March 31, 1998.
