RESOLUTION NO. 8948
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF A REPLACEMENT
PATROL CAR AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
TO THE 1995/96 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1995/96 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a marked patrol car needs to be replaced because of damage caused by an
accident; and,
WHEREAS, funds are available in the 1995/96 fiscal year budget if a portion is
reallocated from the asphalt patch truck to the replacement patrol car.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
authorizes purchase of a replacement patrol car and approves reallocation of $23,700.00 within
the 1995/96 fiscal year budget (641.750.7884).
