RESOLUTION NO.
8947
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
TO THE 1995/96 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the 1995/96 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City experienced unusual and emergency expenses because of a severe
storm which were not anticipated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are available in the City's General Fund for emergencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
authorizes the transfer of $45,973.36 from Reserves for Operations (101.3640) to the various
Public Works Department operating budget accounts listed in the attached request for budget
adjustments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1996, by the following roll call vote:
