RESOLUTION NO. 8945
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL REJECTING ALL BIDS
FOR AN ASPHALT PATCH TRUCK
WHEREAS, bids have been publicly opened and examined for the purchase of an asphalt
patch truck in accordance with those specifications approved by the City Council of the City
of Campbell on December 5, 1995; and
WHEREAS, continuation of the Commercial Driver's License program in the Public
Works Department Maintenance Division has been recommended; and
WHEREAS, the existing asphalt patch truck can be retained with the requirements of the
Commercial Driver's License program in place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby rejects all bids for the asphalt patch truck.
