RESOLUTION NO. 8939

CAMPBELL APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLmG
FOR BIDS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL L.E.D. RETROFIT LENSES
WHEREAS, funds are appropriated in the adopted Fiscal Year 1995-96
budget to retrofit half of the City's incandescent traffic signal lenses with L.E.D.
lenses; and
WHEREAS, specifications for the purchase of the traffic signal L.E.D.
retrofit lenses have been prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that the specifications for the traffic signal L.E.D. retrofit lenses be,
and they are hereby, adopted and approved, and that the Public Works Director
is authorized and directed to give notice inviting sealed proposals for the
purchase of 235 traffic signal L.E.D. retrofit lenses pursuant to Section 3.20.050
of the Campbell Municipal Code.
