RESOLUTION NO. 8936
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE
COMMUNITY CENTER STORM DRAIN PROJECT (93-02) AND
WINCHESTER PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION (95-18)
WHEREAS, the City Council's adopted 1992-93 budget included funds for the
Community Center Storm Drain Project (93-02); and
WHEREAS, the City Council's adopted 1995-96 budget included funds for the
Winchester Parking Lot Reconstruction Project (95-18); and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for these projects have been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the existing project budget of $781,400 is sufficient to cover the estimated
costs of constructing this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications for the Community Center Storm Drain and
Winchester Parking Lot Reconstruction Projects and authorizes the Public Works Director to
issue such plans and specifications for public bid.
