RESOLUTION NO. 8935
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SANTA CLARA COUNTY
MANAGEMENT, SANTA CLARA COUNTY CENTRAL FIRE DISTRICT,
CITY OF CAMPBELL, AND TOWN OF LOS GA TOS FOR INDUSTRIAL
STORM WATER SYSTEM PROTECTION INSPECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell and the Town of Los Gatos desire to contract with
the Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District for Industrial Storm Water System
Protection Inspection Services, and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell and the Town of Los Gatos have negotiated an
Agreement with Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District to provide these services,
and
WHEREAS, the Agreement sets forth services to be received by the City of Campbell
and the Town of Los Gatos, and sets forth acceptable costs for these services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement for inspection
services and future amendments in accordance with Council adopted Operating Budgets.

vote:
