RESOLUTION NO. 8931
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AWARDING THE PURCHASE
OF REPLACEMENT STREET LIGHT POLES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell bas publicly opened and
examined all bids or proposals received for replacement street light poles, in accordance
with those specifications approved by said council on January 2, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby rejects all
said bids and proposals, except as hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the bid to
the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
Graybar Electric, at the bid price of $37,590.20
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1996, by the following roll call
vote:
