RESOLUTION NO. 8925
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 012 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE
AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS NO. 04-5306 IN
CONNECTION WITH THE HAMILTON/HIGHWAY 17 LOOP PROJECT (95-13)
WHEREAS, in order to obtain Federal and State aid assistance in connection with State
and Federally funded road projects, and for the State Department of Transportation to approve
the project, it is necessary that the City of Campbell agree to accept and comply with the
covenants and/or remarks as set forth in the attached Program Supplement No. 012; and
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Transportation has notified the City
that the City's signator must be authorized for signature by a resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves Program Supplement No. 01 to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 012
required for State and Federally funded projects with regard to the Hamilton/Highway 17 Loop
Project and authorizes the Public Works Director to execute said Supplement and all future
supplements to this agreement for this project within the approved project budget.
