A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR SOLID WASTE
CONSULTANT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that Campbell's Solid Waste Management
Program will require Consultant Services that are not included in the current Budget
appropriations; and
WHEREAS, Unappropriated Solid Waste Fees are available that can be used for
Consultant Services; and
WHEREAS, a Budget Adjustment has been prepared to provide funding for these
Consultant Services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the attached Budget Adjustment in the. amount of $30,000 for additional
Consultant Services.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of January, 1996, by the following roll call vote:
