RESOLUTION NO. 8919
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING
FOR BIDS FOR REPLACEMENT STREET LIGHT POLES
WHEREAS, funds are appropriated in the adopted Fiscal Year 1995-96 budget to
replace 75 painted street light poles with galvanized poles; and
WHEREAS, specifications for the purchase of the replacement poles have been
prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the specifications for the replacement street light poles be, and they are
hereby, adopted and approved, and that the Public Works Director is authorized and
directed to give notice inviting sealed proposals for the purchase of75 galvanized street
light poles pursuant to Section 3.20.050 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
