RESOLUTION NO. 8918
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AWARDING
A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
LARGE RIDE-ON LAWN MOWER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has publicly opened and
examined all bids or proposals received for the purchase of a large ride-on lawn mower, in
accordance with those specifications approved by said council on November 7, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby rejects all said
bids and proposals, except as hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the bid to the lowest
responsible bidder, to wit:
West Star Distributing, at the bid price and terms named in
their bid in the amount of $62,492.73.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1996, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burr, Conant, Watson, Dougherty
NOES: Councilmembers None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
