RESOLUTION NO. 8917
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL A WARDING AN
ANNUAL FUEL CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has publicly opened and
examined all bids or proposals received for the annual fuel contract, in accordance with those
specifications approved by said council on November 7, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby rejects all said
bids and proposals, except as hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the bid to the lowest
responsible bidder, to wit:
Valley Oil Company, at the bid price and terms named in
their bid at a $0.0349 mark-up per gallon above
the average daily price charged by all providers of fuel as set
forth at the time the fuel is delivered in the Oil Price Information
Service PAD 4/5 Report.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1996, by the following roll call
vote:
