CC Resolution 8914 RESOLUfION NO. 8914 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, APPROVING THE REINSTATEMENT (R 95- 01) OF A PREVIOUSL Y-APPROVED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (PD 94-01) ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVEN TOWNHOME UNITS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 234 REDDING ROAD IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICA TION OF MR. MARK ROBERTS, R & Z DEVELOPMENT. FILE NO. R 95-01 (PD 94-01). After notification and Public Hearing, as specified by law, on the application for the reinstatement of a previously-approved Planned Development Permit and after presentation by the Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was dosed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the City Council did find as follows with respect to File No. R 95-01 (PD 94-01): 1. There have been no changes in the development standards nor in the General Plan in this area since the previous approval. 2. Approval of a revised development schedule allowing one additional year will coincide with the approved tentative subdivision map approval and is consistent with previous City Council actions. 3. There have been no changes in the project nor in this neighborhood which would warrant further environmental review. 4. No substantial evidence has been presented which shows that the project, as currently presented and subject to the required conditions, would have a significant adverse impact on the environment. 5. No evidence has been presented which shows that the project will have a substantial impact on plant or animal life. Based upon the forgoing findings of fact, the City Council further finds and approves a revised Development Schedule for this project and amend the conditions as follows: 1. Revised Development Schedule: Project approval is valid until November 4, 1996. Resolution No. 8914 R 95-01 (PD 94-01) - 234 Redding Road Page 2 2. Emergency Access Driveways: Driveways shall be a minimum width of 20 feet. Driveways shall be able to support the load of a vehicle weighing 35,000 pounds gross vehicle weight. 3. Driveways (access roadways) and fire hydrants(s) shall be installed and fully operational prior to the start of building construction. 4. Previous Approval: All conditions of approval specified in City Council Resolution # 8728 shall apply, except as herein modified.
