RESOLUTION NO. 8911
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS
CONSTRUCTED BY DURAN AND VENABLES, INC. FOR
PROJECT 95-71 ANNUAL STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT
CAMPBELL AVENUE RESURFACING
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8847 on August 1, 1995, awarding
a contract to Duran and Venables, Inc. for construction of improvements known as Project
95-71 Annual Street Maintenance Project - Campbell A venue resurfacing; and
WHEREAS, Duran and Venables, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract
in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the Annual Street
Maintenance Project - Campbell Avenue Resurfacing - Project 95-71 and directs staff to file
the Notice of Completion.
