RESOLUTION NO. 8906
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A FINAL TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 8748, ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATIONS OFFERED THEREON, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MA YOR TO EXECUTE THE STREET IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California, as follows:
The City hereby approves the Final Tract Map for Tract No. 8748 and upon fulfillment of
the conditions of approval consents to recording of the map, the dedications offered on the map are
accepted for the purposes for which the same are offered, and the Mayor is authorized to execute a
Street Improvement Agreement with Cobblestone Limited Partnership (Santa Clara Development
Company) to install street improvements for Tract No. 8748 at 845-885 San Tomas Aquino Road.
