RESOLUTION NO. 8903
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, READING BY TITLE
ONLY, THE PROPOSED 1994 EDITIONS OF THE
CONSTRUCTION CODES AND SETTING THE
TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE MATTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell proposes to adopt the
1994 editions of the Construction Codes; and
WHEREAS, the 1994 editions of the Construction Codes will be of a benefit
and safety to the citizens of the City of Campbell; and
WHEREAS, the cities within Santa Clara County and adjacent cities in San
Mateo and Alameda Counties propose to adopt the 1994 Construction Codes
with uniform local amendments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, that the Mayor and the City Clerk set December 5, 1995, at 7:30 p.m.,
in the Council Chambers, as the time, date and place to hold a public hearing
on this matter to hear any and all considerations concerning the adoption of
the 1994 Construction Codes.
