RESOLUTION NO. 8897
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A PARCEL MAP, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS OFFERED
THEREON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE PARCEL MAP, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California,
as follows:
The City hereby approves the Parcel Map and consents to recording of the
map, the dedications offered on the map are accepted for the purposes for which the same
are offered, and the Mayor is authorized to execute an Agreement with Masud Maesumi to
install street improvements at 33 Sunnyside Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1995, by the following
roll call vote:
