RESOLUTION NO. 8895
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BIGGS CARDOSA ASSOCIATES FOR A FEASIBILITY
STUDY OF THE RECONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF CAMPISI WAY
WHEREAS, a portion of Campisi Way is in need of reconstruction, and
WHEREAS, a professional services proposal has been received from Biggs Cardosa
Associates for a feasibility study for that reconstruction, and
WHEREAS, unappropriated Gasoline Tax funds are available and eligible for that study,
and
WHEREAS, a Budget Adjustment has been prepared to provide funding for the study
from unappropriated gasoline taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby
authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Biggs Cardosa Associates for
a feasibility study for the reconstruction of a portion of Campisi Way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a Budget Adjustment in the amount of $15,000 for
that purpose is hereby approved.
